Responsibilities: - Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens. - Stock and restock supplies as needed, ensuring high standards of cleanliness. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. - Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient operations. Qualifications: - Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required. - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus).
